Passions

Koorosh's passions include family, relationships, playing tennis, blues, soul, classic rock, acquiring knowledge, Mozart operas, poker, his beloved Los Angeles Kings, and of course Koorosh loves his food. He is also very dedicated to his charitable work through UCP Wheels for Humanity, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer, and is chairman of the annual Wheels In Motion event committee, which has raised over $1,850,000 under his leadership the last seven years.  Koorosh has a unique financial planning practice that incorporates all these passions.

Background

Koorosh started in the financial industry in 1995 and has had many milestones throughout the last 20 years. In 1997, he co-developed the Financial Education Services program for American Express Financial Advisors, and helped implement them into companies such as Viacom, Alpha Therapeutic and Warner Bros. In 2003 he transitioned to ING Financial Partners to implement the F.E.S. program there.

In 2011, Koorosh transitioned to Summit Brokerage, where he now concentrated on working with his clients and their families to make sure they have and implement a sound retirement income strategy. Koorosh reached the level of Premier Partner at ING Financial Partners and is was a member of the Presidents Club at Summit Brokerage.

Koorosh Zartoshty is a Registered Representative of Centaurus Financial, Inc. and an Investment Advisor Representative of Centaurus Financial, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also licensed with the California Department of Insurance as a Life Agent. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance and Real Estate, with a minor in Economics at California State University Northridge.
